Here’s how our January 2008 N-Scale Clearance Sale works…
We are notifying all of our NSC email-enabled members and our regular collector auction participants about this limited time sale event. The sale list is also available on our NSC web site at www.nscalecollector.com. All items will be sold on a first-come basis. All orders received will be date and time-stamped. We will be processing orders in the exact order they are received. Beginning on January 21st we will post sales reports and update the list every few days of what’s still available on our NSC web site. We might even add some items before the sale ends so you will want to check the web site often. We will not ship anything until the sale concludes so you can add to your order until the sale ends.
Our January Clearance Sale will end on Thursday, January 31st, 2008 at midnight.
Here’s how you order…
We will need your name, your NSC Member number, and a list of the item numbers you want from the sale list. Please email your January Clearance Sale orders to Salesorders@nscalecollector.com
Or, for those NSC members who do not have Internet access, we have established a special NSC January Clearance Sale fax “Hotline” to accept your orders. Simply fax your order to (231) 498-4100. It’s easy and it’s fast! Be sure to have your name and Member number on each fax sent.

Order at least twelve (12) items and we will ship your order for FREE!*
*A small $3.00 per order processing fee ($6.00 to non-USA addresses) and normal USPS insurance charges still apply. Maximum shipping credit: $20.00 (US).
One-Only Items…These items (marked with an (*) are available on a first-come basis.
Ordering Multiple Quantities… On many items we have more than one unit available. You may order as many as you wish (up to 10). We will sell you as many of that item as we have in stock. Yes, ALL available will count toward the free shipping offer (above).
IMPORTANT FINE PRINT… The FREE shipping offer is based on item quantities purchased, NOT ordered so you may want to order additional items that we will only sell to you IF your “first choice” items are already sold to another NSC member.
Here’s how you pay…
NSC Members will have their credit cards (on file) charged at the end of the sale. Members without a credit card on file should have an email address to receive an e-invoice.
ALL others must supply us with a daytime phone number so we can call you with your total due. Payment (checks or Money Orders) should be payable to “N-Scale Collector Society”. In all cases, payments MUST be received no later than February 10th, 2007.
Our regular monthly “collector” auctions will resume next month (February). This is also the address where payments should be sent. Until next time…Happy Buying!
